Accommodation Information

Unfortunately all campus accommodation at Heriot-Watt is now fully booked. The Edinburgh Convention Bureau has negotiated rates for the BTS Spring Congress and is offering a free online accommodation booking service to delegates.

Credit card details are required to make a booking and confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address.  Payment should be made directly with the accommodation provider at the time of your stay. MEMBER FEES

An additional £50 late registration fee will be added to fees after 9^th February 2010.

CANCELLATIONS: Refunds can only be made less an administration fee of £30 prior to 12 March 2010. A written confirmation of the cancellation must be given by the BTS administrator for your refund to be processed. Cancellations received after 12 March 2010 will not be eligible for a refund. Those who cancel after the deadline and have not paid will be responsible for the full amount invoiced plus any administrative or processing fees that may apply.
 
REPLACEMENTS: Substitutions can be made at any time, but the BTS administrator must be informed as soon as possible. Failure to do so may result in a delay at registration. Proof of identity may be requested if membership status cannot be confirmed. When the identity of an individual cannot be confirmed, access to the conference may be denied.
