Join us for extensive and hands-on school bus technician training in a small class environment! Leveraging the success of last year's event, the Thomas Built Institute returns in May 2010. The following topics will be covered:
- 2010 Emissions System
- Advanced Electrical
- Coolant, Maintenance & Cost Savings
- Utilizing Websites, Resources & Wire Diagrams
- Factory Tours
- Your choice of: Type C Multiplex, Service Link & Troubleshooting OR Type D Electrical & Fan Drive
Transportation to and from the hotel will be provided, along with lunch everyday. Travel to High Point and lodging during the week are the responsibility of the attendee. Registration is limited to 100 participants, so register now! You will be responsible for making your own hotel reservation. If your hotel reservation is with our Hotel Block, you will receive free breakfast, free transportation to and from the Greensboro airport, and free transportation to and from classes. Once you arrive to Greensboro airport, meet the Greensboro Sheraton Shuttle Bus outside of baggage claim. *Note that closed-toe shoes are required for the factory tours on Tuesday and Friday. The hotel is conveniently located near the mall and restaurants. Except for tours, all classes will be held at Guilford Technical Community College. All transportation between the Sheraton and the College or Plant will be provided. Pick up your registration packet in the Hotel Lobby on Monday, May 10 from 5-7 pm or Tuesday, May 11 from 7-8 am. The opening session is at the Sheraton on Tuesday, May 11 at 8 am. |
